Holly Beck is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, board-licensed acupuncturist, birth doula, and an advanced yoga teacher with nearly twenty-five years of teaching and mentoring experience. She specializes in Healthy Aging, Women’s Wellness, natural beauty, and spiritual development.

Dr. Holly is the creator of the “Yoga of Birth,” a comprehensive childbirth education program including birthing technique workshops for couples, childbirth planning, and supportive childbirth care. Her work has been published in the Journal of Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice and she has been recognized by the Doula Association of Southern California as a leader in the field of prenatal education.

Dr. Holly has a doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Southern California University of Health and Sciences, an interdisciplinary degree with honors from the University of California, Berkeley in the Science of Health and Wellness, and an English degree with honors from Long Beach City College.
